This High performance Art Storage Development service is based on an in depth self0-performed research & evaluation study resulting in a 79 page design driving report.  information was gathered on a large sample of related prestigious facilities, including details about their construction, mechanical & structural systems, building and systems management, pros and cons during and post construction, and information about their designers and builders. The mechanical system and its relationship to the building envelope are critical to the success of a well-designed and highly-functioning fine art storage facility. In addition, interviewing of a number of mechanical engineers and contractors to objectively support and verify the study was conducted.  This one of kind research & evaluation study can be applied as a template to any new Art Storage facility development, after regional conditions assessment is completed during Phase 1 of the Development Service process.
